Mom’s Night Out is a monthly program for mothers raising children with Down syndrome. Each month, mom’s have the opportunity to enjoy different activities and come together to connect, share stories, and support each other. This month’s gathering will be at Teddy Spaghettis! Buddy Up Tennis is a 90-minute tennis and fitness program specifically created for individuals with Down syndrome ages 5+ who we call our Athletes.
