Behavior Workshop

Join us on June 6th at the Herrick District Library from 10am-12pm for a Behavior Workshop led by Sarah Feaster. Sarah Feaster is a Social Worker and a parent of children with Down syndrome. This workshop is designed for parents and caregivers seeking practical strategies to encourage positive behavior in their school aged children with Down syndrome. We will address common challenges like transitions, emotional regulation and refusals, offering supportive, relationship-focused techniques. The workshop also highlights the importance of self-care, offering simple, realistic ways caregivers can sustain their own well-being while supporting their child.
