Cooking Capers is taught by an experienced dietitian instructor with other helpers on-hand, so parents and caregivers do not need to stay. Participants learn culinary terminology, cooking methods, measurement and kitchen safety while crafting a delicious, healthy recipe. Students enjoy the fruits of their labor at the end of each class. Our menu is always gluten-free.
Cooking Capers will be held this winter on the following Thursdays: 1/18, 2/1, 2/15, 3/1, 3/22, 4/12
