Cooking Capers is taught by an experienced dietitian instructor with other helpers on-hand, so parents and caregivers do not need to stay. Participants learn culinary terminology, cooking methods, measurement and kitchen safety while crafting a delicious, healthy recipe. Students enjoy the fruits of their labor at the end of each class. Our menu is always gluten-free.
Please note: Classes are on Thursdays except for the month of November when classes will be held on Tuesdays.
